Failte Apartment is a large luxury 2 bedroomed first floor apartment in the beautiful Victorian House of Failte

Situated at the top corner of Perranporth Camping & Touring Park with stunning views over the campsite looking towards the sea and town of Perranporth.

Sleeping up to 6 people, the apartment has two bedrooms, one room with a king sized bed, a large wooden wardrobe and draws, the other bedroom a twin bedded room, a clothes hanging area with shelves.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink, jacuzzi bath and large shower which over looks the field of wildlife at the back of the house.

The lounge is a large open planned area with an original wooden parquet floor, corner sofa, sofa bed, TV and boombox. The stunning views across the campsite to the sea.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen with a gas range hob, electric oven, American fridge freezer and dinning table.  The views are at the back of the house overlooking the field of wildlife with rabbits, foxes, owls and birds.  There are French doors that lead to a decking area with tables and chairs, a scenic sun-trap with views over the swimming pool, fields around and towards the town and sea.

Double glazed and centrally heated throughout.

The apartment is available from May until end of September

Parking  available for 2 cars.

Internet is available

Weekly bookings are Friday to Friday although short breaks can be available in the quieter times.

Arrival time is after 4pm, departure time 10am.

Bedding (duvets and pillows) are provided although covers, sheets and towels are not provided.
