Conditions of Booking

There is a minimum stay on busy weekends.

Bookings for 1, 2 or 3 nights payment in full (non refundable).

Deposits £100 per pitch non-refundable

Only one amendment for a change of dates can be authorised. Must not be within 14 days of your stay. If the second date cannot be made this will be cancelled and non refundable.

We recommend you take travel insurance to cover against any cancellations, sickness or other eventualities.

Full payment on arrival (non refundable).

Please be courteous and respectful to fellow campers and staff.

Anti- social or disruptive behaviour, will not be tolerated, people will be asked to leave and refunds will not be given.

Please keep music and noise down after 10pm. Please close doors quietly. No generators.

Arrivals from 12pm, unless prior arrangement.

Pitches are to be vacated by 10:30am please unless otherwise agreed with proprietors (not peak season).

We have the right to move the allocated pitch if required and deemed necessary.

Non electric grass Pitch sizes are approx 8m x 5m depending on the land (This includes 2 people and/or car and tent / car and caravan / campervan / motorhome / trailer tent / vehicle roof tent which must fit on your pitch ).

Grass electric pitches 8m by 5 m minimum some 8m by 8m depending on the land

Hardstanding electric pitches (A – D) 8.2m x 7m ( Width 3m grass, 2.2 m concrete, 3m grass, Length 7m) including water, drainage.

Hardstanding electric pitches (N -T) 8m x 8m (Width 3m grass, 2.5m hardcore, 3m grass, Length 8m) including water and drainage between 2 pitches.

Electric is 16amps

Extras must fit on your pitch otherwise we recommend and extra pitch for more space.

Maximum 6 persons per pitch

One vehicle per pitch. We do have a small car park for an additional charge this can be made when booked.

No groups of people under 18 years (unless prior arrangement)

Tenants must accept personal responsibility for their own personal property. We cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal property.

We appreciate well behaved children and ask parents to accompany small children to the toilets and showers. Children are not permitted in the swimming pool without a responsible adult (it is not guarded).

Any person driving onsite must have a driving license, be covered by insurance and speed is restricted below 5 mph.

Dogs are allowed on site, but must be kept on a lead. Any mess must be cleaned up. They are not allowed in the swimming pool area. Anyone failing to comply or whose pet becomes a nuisance will be asked to leave.

Please keep BBQ ’s off the grass to prevent burning, use blocks provided

The proprietors reserve the right to re-let pitches after 6pm unless notified of late arrival.

The nearest de-fib to the site is at the rugby club at the bottom of the road.
